Working with DixonBaxi felt close from the beginning.

We were aligned quite early in what Paradiso Institute is and in how seriously that needed to be taken, so the conversations stayed there, around meaning, around structure, and around what this needed in order to hold over time.

We did not move fast just to move forward. We looked at things, stepped away, came back, and sat with them until they made sense. Some ideas stayed, others fell apart, and that was part of understanding what was worth keeping.

What you see now is part of that process, but not all of it. Just as important is how it came together, the work behind it, and the level of attention that carried through every decision.
